How to Order Wildlife Art

Simple Steps for Placing Your Order

If you are wondering how to order wildlife art, there are three easy ways to do so depending on whether you would like to commission a drawing, purchase an artwork, or buy merchandise from the Gallery. Below you will find all the details on our process, payments, and shipping to make your purchase as simple as possible.

Purchase artwork

Click the Shop Now button above
to browse the Wildlife collection. When you have chosen a drawing, note the product code and fill in the details in the order form at the bottom of that page.
We will quote you on shipping costs before invoicing you.

Purchase merchandise

Click the Shop Now button above to browse the Gift Ideas collection.  Note the product codes of any items you would like to buy and fill in the details in the order form at the bottom of that page.
We will invoice you, including any shipping costs.

Commission a drawing

Click the Shop Now button above to see some of my previous Pet Portrait commissions, before messaging me with your requirements (size of drawing, colour pencil, pastels or graphite).  I will send you a detailed quotation, including shipping costs.

A 50% deposit is required before starting the drawing.

Payment

Prices are shown in South African Rands.  Upon being invoiced, you may pay via our Yoco link or by EFT with your credit/debit card and you will be charged in your local currency equivalent.  Online payments take place on Yoco servers, and I neither see nor store any of your payment details.

For commissions, 50% is required as a deposit upon my acceptance, with the balance payable on completion prior to dispatch – I will send you a photo of the drawing to ensure you are totally happy with it before accepting final payment.  I am not VAT registered.

Shipping

While each drawing is lovingly packed with great care, we cannot be held responsible for damage due to mishandling en route.  As it is dependent on size and weight, the shipping fee will be quoted per order and will form part of the final invoice.  We use either DHL for international parcels or The Courier Guy locally in South Africa.  A tracking number will be provided.

Return and Refund Policy

It is important to me that you the customer are happy with your purchase.  In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please contact us using the details below, before placing it in its original packaging very securely and returning the item.  Provided it is returned within one week of receipt in mint condition, a full refund will be made within 14 days of my receiving it.
